Take the stress out of the end of season clothing switch
September 9th, 2010

The time has come again to re-vamp our wardrobes to get ready for winter, and as much as we love a new season’s worth of fashion, the lovely left over spring / summer clothes are taking up all our valuable rail space. These old gems are too good to throw in a cupboard to gather dust, but too last season to make it into our regular rotation. Luckily, the team at MLPR have found a solution.

Total Wardrobe Care is a luxtury clothing storage service that will make the transaction into a new season blissfully easy. They send a van to take all your last season fashion items to clothing heaven; a place where they will be loving dry-cleaned, mended, and then stored in moth-repellent, cotton garment bags on a private rail. The Total Wardrobe team even take an inventory of all your clothes (because lets face it – it’s hard to keep track sometimes!). Six months later the old favourites are returned in mint condition and lavender fragranced (it’s just like getting a rail of brand new clothes).

We at MLPR love this service, and when it was featured in Daily Candy online last Friday, the resulting hits were phenomenal.  It seems the online community love the idea of taking the stress out of the end of season clothing switch as much as we do. You can find more information on this wonderful wardrobe service at www.totalwardrobe.co.uk.

New Make Do and Mend service at Designer Alterations
September 5th, 2010

It’s the time of year to organise your clothes and rather than going on a shopping splurge, why not pull out all your designer classics and see how they can be updated.  If you are stuck for ideas, give Designer Alterations a call, as they have launched a new service on doing exactly this.  www.designeralterations.com

MLPR are very chuffed that the October issue of Harpers Bazaar have just done a feature on Designer Alterations too.
