It’s always a nice moment when we see our clients in the press but this Friday afternoon was made even more cheerful by the March edition of Exclusive Magazine – which features almost entirely clients of MLPR in their Gatsby wedding shoot – the beautiful and exquisite Emmy shoes and hair decorations, Wilbur & Gussie‘s satin clutch, Fox & Rose’s lacy vintage inspired underwear – and sparkling diamonds by fine jeweller Lucie Campbell.
We know exactly what we want for our wedding day…

Our eyes are on the coral print Edith clutch which the fashion press have spied too. It has just been featured by the Guardian on Jess Cartner Morley’s online video, discussing this season’s ‘aquatic’ fashion trend and it was chosen by Grazia for their bag special!

Downtown Abbey’s Joanne Froggatt leads the fashion stakes on the red carpet with a Wilbur & Gussie clutch at the The Evening Standard British Film Awards on Feb the 6th!

This morning we arrived at our offices to find a huge Christmas hamper adorning our doorstep, full of our favourite edible treats- sweeties! Brett and Sam, the lovely duo behind Wilbur & Gussie, sent us the festive goodies as a thank you for all of our hard work this year.
If there’s one time of the year when it’s absolutely acceptable to indulge in three packets of Love Hearts in one sitting, it’s definitely Christmas…
Having worked with the lovely Wilbur & Gussie team since launch (about six years ago), it is a label very close to our hearts here at MLPR. The Autumn/Winter has been snapped up far and wide and we’ll be announcing new stockists soon – but for now we are loving some of the Spring Summer collection – as are Grazia and OK Magazine this week.
There has been much back slapping in the MLPR offices this week as the press coverage for our clients is piling up. Sunday morning was made more cheerful with four of our clients featured in Sunday Times Style. We had a news story on the fashion led lingerie website Fox & Rose and a lovely piece on designer Libelula. This was followed by a Wilbur & Gussie clutch bag and a great yellow dress from RunwayRoute.com in the best summer dress feature. We later learnt that all the websites experienced big spikes with phones ringing and orders made. Apparently lots of guys have been buying knickers for their girlies (cute!)
