Matthew is a brand communication specialist with 20+ years hands-on experience in the business of interaction. He leads strategic research and design projects, organisational storytelling, and design thinking methodologies for customers spanning global brands, start-ups and technology businesses.
Recent client work includes multi-stakeholder engagement projects with UK central Government including the Ministries of Justice and Defence, the NHS, and DWP. His design work has won recognition for effectiveness and impact, including Webbies, Revolution and Cannes Cyber Lion awards.
The constantly shifting nature of digital communications has led him a circuitous route through an ever-changing landscape. At every step, detecting deeper levels, as the tectonic plates of technology and data continue to shift and reshape our world. How we engage with these forces will be one of the dominant issues of the 21st century – in business, society, and culture. To put this research on a more structured footing, Matthew is currently pursuing a PhD in Generative AI and its impact on the creative process at Middlesex University, London.
